Ingredients
- 100 g cilantro optionally: basil, mint, dill, chervil, parsley
- 1 lemon juice and zest
- 60 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic optional
Instructions
- First add the liquids, then the roughly chopped herbs, garlic, salt, and lemon zest to a blender.
- Blend until very smooth.
- Fill into a glass jar, cover with a thin layer of olive oil to keep it fresh.
- Use on hearty savory stews, soups and roasts.
Notes
Best stored in the fridge. Keeps well for a few days.
